Though our tulips and picking are the main attraction at our u-pick, there are still lots of other attractions and activities for you to enjoy. Our bakery barn will be open 7 days a week so you can stop for a quick treat. We will also have some food trucks during the week, with more food vendors on the weekends.

As always, our furry friends in our animal cracker barn will be roaming around their pasture. Something new we’re introducing this year is a feeding time for them. On weekends we will have designated time slots where our animal caretaker, Erin, will be there to feed them treats and answer any questions you may have. We also have an outside vendor who will be running pony rides and a small petting zoo. Please note, this will be available on the weekends only.

Included in your ticket is also our free hayride which will take you around the perimeter of our fields. While on the hayride you will hear some educational information about the farm, how we got started, how we plant and where we are today! If you’re interested in learning more about how we plant, you can also check out our small museum which is home to traditional Dutch tulip planting artifacts. It’s a good opportunity to see the farm in its entirety without having to walk it yourself!

This year, we’ve transformed our theatre to a souvenir shop. You will still check out with your stems at the Holland Shop, but we thought having a separate space for our Dutch souvenirs would give you more time and more room to browse. The floral background of our tulip fields creates breathtaking photography. Posting a picture at Holland Ridge Farms almost always guarantees comments like “where is this place?!” It’s truly a unique farm with many different photo opportunities to make your pictures stand out. Aside from the millions of tulips, we also have different props scattered throughout the field. Whether a professional photographer tags along with you, or you take the photos right from your iPhone, you won’t be disappointed.
Since the length of our tulip season depends on mother nature, we expect to get anywhere from 2-3 weeks out of the entire season. Once tickets go on sale, we encourage you to buy for the date and time slot you can attend as we need to monitor visitor numbers on a daily basis.
